Terms of Service
Last updated
These terms apply when you use our website and when you buy from Shree Radhe Frozen Foods (“we”, “us”), whether you order on our website, on WhatsApp, by phone or in person. Please read them before you order. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. About us
This website is run by Shree Radhe Frozen Foods. Our contact details are at the end of these terms.
2. Your account
- You can browse our catalog without an account. To place an order, you need to sign in.
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
- Please give us accurate details and keep them up to date, especially your phone number and delivery address.
- Keep your sign-in details private. You’re responsible for orders placed from your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- We may suspend or close an account that’s misused or that breaks these terms.
3. Products and prices
- We do our best to describe and show our products accurately, but photos are for illustration and the product or its packaging may look a little different. Always read the label on the pack for ingredients, allergens, the best-before date and cooking instructions.
- All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST.
- Prices shown before you sign in are our prices for new customers. Once you sign in, you’ll see the prices for your account, which can depend on how much you order.
- Prices and stock can change at any time. The price you pay is the one we confirm for your order.
- If a price or description is clearly wrong because of a mistake, we don’t have to supply the product at that price. We’ll tell you, and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel.
4. Offers and coupons
- Offers and coupon codes have their own conditions, such as a minimum order or an end date, which are shown with the offer.
- Offers can’t be exchanged for cash.
- We may change or end an offer at any time. Once we’ve confirmed your order, its prices and offers won’t change.
- We may refuse an offer that’s being misused.
5. Placing an order
- When you send us an order, you’re asking to buy. It becomes a confirmed order only when we accept it and confirm the delivery date.
- Before that, we may decline an order, or suggest a change if something is out of stock or a price has changed. We’ll always tell you before we confirm.
- You can follow your orders under My orders.
6. Delivery
- We deliver to Tue: Vadodara, Surat Fri: Anand, Kheda Sun: Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar. We’ll confirm the delivery date when we confirm your order.
- Delivery dates and times are our best estimate. We’ll tell you if there’s a delay.
- Please make sure someone is there to receive your order. We can’t leave frozen food unattended, so if no one is available, we’ll contact you to arrange another time.
- Once your order is delivered, it’s your responsibility. Put it in a freezer straight away, keep it frozen at −18 °C or colder, and don’t refreeze anything once it has thawed.
7. Payment
- We don’t take payment on this website.
- Please pay on delivery, or within the time we’ve agreed with you, by cash, UPI, bank transfer or another method we accept.
- We’ll give you an invoice for every order.
- If a payment is overdue, we may hold further orders until it’s paid.
8. Cancelling an order
- You can cancel an order at any time before it’s dispatched by contacting us.
- We may cancel an order, or part of it, if a product isn’t available, the address is outside our delivery area, or we can’t reach you. If you’ve already paid for anything we cancel, we’ll refund it.
9. Problems, returns and refunds
- Because our products are frozen food, we can’t take them back once they’ve been delivered, unless something is wrong with them.
- Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is missing, damaged, not frozen or not what you ordered, tell us at delivery or within 24 hours, with photos if you can.
- If the problem is ours, we’ll replace the product or give you a refund or credit for it.
- Refunds are paid back the way you paid or, if you prefer, taken off your next order.
10. Using our website
- Use our website only to browse and order from us. Don’t misuse it, for example by trying to get into parts of it you’re not meant to, disrupting it, or copying our catalog or prices with automated tools.
- Everything on the website, including its text, photos, logo and design, belongs to us or is used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse it without our written permission.
- We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.
11. Our responsibility to you
- We’ll take reasonable care in supplying our products and services.
- We’re not responsible for loss or damage that couldn’t reasonably have been foreseen, for business losses such as lost profit, or for problems caused by products not being stored, handled or cooked as their labels say.
- Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.
- Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
12. Events outside our control
We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as floods, strikes, transport disruption, power failures or government orders. If one affects your order, we’ll tell you and do our best to keep the delay short.
13. Your privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.
14. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. An order is covered by the terms in force when you placed it.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to settle it. If we can’t, it will be decided by the courts in Anand.
